We have been in the business of manufactured homes for over fifty years. We have significant experience ever since we first started building and maintaining mobile home communities. However, these days we specialize in repair and installation of heating & air conditioning, plumbing, and skirting.

HEATING / AIR CONDITIONING

We service Coleman and Intertherm furnaces and air conditioning units for mobile homes. We specifically install factory parts based on part number. Beware of companies who make the common mistake of installing parts without referencing the part number. For example, often times people use generic ignition parts when they require a smart light system. These types of problems caused by unverified handymen often lead to greater complications.

PLUMBING

We can locate and repair water leaks in freshwater plumbing systems. We replace faucets and sinks. We can repair current PEX piping, as well as older style Qest plastic piping, CPVC, galvanized and flexible copper plumbing systems. We replace damaged sections with current piping techology.

SKIRTING

We can install or replace vinyl skirting. We carry white skirting on hand, and we can order other varieties to best suit your needs. If you would like to give us a call, we can schedule an estimate.
